I thought I’d put it up because today is the 7th birthday of a little honey called Bea.
This #stoneware vase is on show at @csc_gallery until May 5 🐝

New smiling Forest Folk🌳 🌳 are finally ( al

New smiling Forest Folk🌳 🌳
are finally ( albeit slowly) appearing on my studio bench.
They are my favourite and most therapeutic things to make. Each one is individually handmade in stoneware.
Once bisqued, they get dipped in an #ashglaze made from the old fallen blackwood trees of #winterbourneforest. (Some of you may remember that mesmerising clip I took of a platypus frolicking in its creek)
I’m hoping the folk dry in time to fire (twice) for the #peninsulastudiotrail @peninsulastudiotrailinc Open Studio days. May 4&5.
Percentage goes towards more saplings to restore forest growth🌿
Ideally used for incense, holding a sprig or simply a forest conversation.
